So says Moreno after Keel makes a bold move to cut off debate on HB2. Craddick won't recognize the members opposing the bill and now Moreno gets his only chance to catch a breather...a point of personal privilege. He gets 10 minutes to tell the House Republicans they are disrespecting the debate process. Will there be other points of personal privilege to follow? (That's the only point that Craddick can recognize before the motion to cut off debate and vote on HB2)
