Phillip at BOR has posted an open letter to Rep. Grusendorf. If we had more energy, we'd do the same. Oh, here you go:
Dear Rep. Grusendorf,
I am very disappointed in you, but at least I didn't vote for you.
Your pal,
Bluebonnet
When will the Journals for yesterday's votes be available on-line? I want to see how bad my Rep voted. I supect she voted with Craddick all the way down the line and that will only serve her poorly in the upcoming election.
Who's your rep, godmother?
Well let's just say that the ads for her race (as well as others) put out by the TAB in 2002 have been the subject of lawsuits brought by former State Reps.
The only other hint I will give is that her stated "profession" involves decorating your home to meet certain spiritual and luck-related rules.
BTW, I'd love, love, love to find a friendly picture of her with Craddick or better yet with DeLay.(You know, smiling, arms around each other, maybe one of the boys presenting her with a big oversized check) Folks in my district would go crazy!
You've got the Wong Woman!
Edmonton dominated the Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday night and the 4-0 margin in Game 6 makes it hard to imagine the Oilers not hoisting hockey's Holy Grail above their heads in less than 48 hours. And it would not come as any shock to see defenseman Chris Pronger, who had another 31-minute night, take the honors for the Conn Smythe Trophy as the playoff MVP.
The gist of Phillip's letter -- that Grusendorf is a hypocritical (not to mention clueless) hack for suggesting that opponents of his train wreck of a plan have nothing to offer -- is very good. Unfortunately, Grusendorf's intimation made The Dallas Morning News, and Philip's rebuttal made ... uh, TWO websites and counting.
