The governor's retort? "We're tough on crime, we're tough on crime, we're tough on crime, we're tough on crime..."

Perry also seems to forget that the legislature is already in session...
"When the legislature comes back in, we'll be more than happy to look at toughening those penalties"....wait, wait, wait...didn't you already call those guys back in? Isn't this session a free-for-all for any issue you deem important?
