It shoud read: "Vote, MoFo!"--not "Vote MoFo." As indicated by the poster above, the latter can be read to encourage people to vote for the MoFo (the way I read it at fisrt." "Vote, Mofo!" is more insulting to the reader but makes the intent clearer.
