Houston's Gay Pride Parade saw a big turnout this year and the Houston Democrats Hubert Vo, Garnett Coleman and Senfronia Thompson all made an appearance at the event. Funny, we did not see a photo of Martha Wong? Isn't the Montrose in her district? Maybe she had a big feng shui gig or something.
Senfronia Thompson is one of my heroes. I was in the gallery at the Legislature as she gave her speech against HJR6. She and the other fine representatives who spoke out against discrimination deserve our continued support.
