Check yourself, don't wreck yourself

From Valley Politics, a story concerning the family of our favorite blogging Rep.:

And we think politics is boring?

It seems that the McAllen Mayor's runoff is seriously heating up! Legislative Media reported that a Ric Godinez campaign worker got his nose broken by a supporter for Richard Cortez.

The altercation sent Aaron Leonel Pena, son of State Rep. Aaron Pena, to the hospital. But it gets better!!! His 9-month pregnant wife, who was present at the ass kickin', ends up going into labor!! You can't make this stuff up!!

We can't vouch for the veracity of this story, but thought it worth mentioning. Violence is not the answer, people!! Well, in most cases, it is not the answer . . .
