That seems to be the philosophy of some legislators in the House when it comes to prisons. Current capacity is at 97% and the legislation would add more prisoners, not actually fight crime.
We think the legislators ought to be saving some room for themselves in those prisons. I'm sure Big Tito in cell block H is just waiting to make one of you his bitch.
