SJR 14 Introduced today struck us a important legislation:
Sec. 18A. (a) The commissioners court of a county may call
an election in the county to abolish the office of constable
countywide or in a specified precinct.
We don't even really know what the constable does, so hell abolish it for all we care. But, WTF?
