Today was tax day. I wrote a check that could buy you a pretty fancy import automobile. I’m not bitching about it, either. I made the money now I gotta pay the taxes. I watched this video on the statesman’s site about all these “tea parties” going on across the country to object to the Obama budget and the spending and it just really pissed me off. I bet you not one person in that group wrote a bigger check than me today and I didn’t take my happy ass down to protest high taxes.

You know what I did? I worked. I made even more money that I’ll pay even more taxes on. Do I love to pay taxes, nope. But, I sure as hell do love to make money. I also hate whiny people marching on the state capitol. Get a job! Then you won’t have time to march places.
