State Representative Betty Brown (R-Terrell) suggested that Asian-Americans might want to adopt names that are “easier for Americans to deal with” when they want to vote so their names will match what is on registration rolls.
Really Betty? Do you every use your pin-sized brain to think before you speak or are you ok being an ignorant, bigoted representation of all that embodies the punch line for every joke about people in Texas.
In a hearing about the dull as dishwater Voter ID legislation, Brown had really taken all of her stupid pills and kept on digging a hole. Here’s what else she went on to say, “Can’t you see that this is something that would make it a lot easier for you and the people who are poll workers if you could adopt a name just for identification purposes that’s easier for Americans to deal with?”
Now I think Betty is probably a pretty good grandma. She’s a good church lady and probably really values family and is just as sweet as you can imagine. But…come on…is there a place for that sweet old lady that says stuff that makes your eyes pop out because you can’t believe that someone would say that out loud? Can’t we do better? Don’t we deserve better?
she is probably a horrible grandmother…who wants an ignorant bitch like her as a grandmother?
Wait, is her name Betty or Elizabeth? Which name is on her driver’s license? I’m confused. She should fix that so I won’t be confused.
