Even though I scoured the British press (read..Googled: Obama Queen protocol) there was nary a mention of the kerfluffle. It seems as though all of the United Kingdom is enjoying the rapture of the Obama visit. Flowers are blooming, there is dancing in the street and G20 protesters engaged in an orgiastic tribute to the President and First Lady as world peace broke out with the ease in which Michelle Obama wears a J. Crew sweater set.
Carry on. Back to business up there in the legislature. Don’t let us distract you from trying to get something done besides voting on gun-toting college students, drunk bar patrons and horny teenagers.
