Dewhurst may bring up the Voter ID bill

After the Senate shot down Sen. Patrick’s attempt to destroy the 2/3ds rule at the beginning of session, will Dewhurst say “f*ck the senators” and bypass the rule to allow a vote on the voter ID bill?
