TXU Going Green?

Turns out Governor Perry pissed off a lot of Texans for nothing. His efforts to fast track 11 coal plants for TXU is moot with the impending buyout by people that aren’t morons. We’d like to think the deal came about just to make Rick look like an asshole, but that’s stretching it a bit.
It’s a good sign that responsible people eventually make responsible decisions. A platitude we’ve often heard, but rarely believed. Too bad our own governor wasn’t ever part of that responsible people part. Rick, why do you hate Texas?
