    this may be helpful: Travis County D.A. (could stand for “dumb ass”) Ronnie Earle says that with the current ruling by the Texas Ethics Commission one could provide a wheelbarrow full of cash to a legislator and simply report they provided a wheelbarrow. Do you take wheelbarrows full of cash too?
