If you’re looking for a great way to put some of your skills to use in ways that you don’t in your job and you’re looking for a way to become more involved in the community, check out Board Place. You can apply to help organizations through strategic volunteer opportunities and perhaps a seat on their board. If you’re a non-profit organization and want to be a part of this placement program you can also apply on the site to become a member.
We think this is awesome. We have a lot of talents that go wasted and why not channel them into something respectable? (SHUT UP!)
