Chris Bell is asking Ronnie Earle to look into those sketchy Rick Perry campaign ads Texans for Taxpayer Relief ads that are paid for with corporate money.
There’s a new KinkyToon out with alot of Texas musicians, check out the ad here. A quote: “If you want Texas great again, not always bein’ last, then save yourself for Kinky and tomorrow we’ll kick ass”
Robyn Hadley of Capitol Crowd has a new column called Out There on Texas Weekly that is a weekly round-up of the Texas blogs. I like it because I’ve been quoted twice now. If you don’t feel like anxiously hitting refresh all day long waiting to read our next line of bullshit, you can chunk $250 bucks for a subscription and read the light version of what we’re all saying. (I recomend the subscription, Ross Ramsey’s wonky self has been doing a great job of chronicling all the current tax shenanigans).
Has Dewhurst grown some balls or what? First there’s his catfighting with Craddick. Now, regarding Sharp’s assessment of revenue numbers he says “John Sharp also was telling everyone that he felt comfortable he was going to win by 10 points in 2002″. Boo-yah.

  1. Even with Perry out of the race, and indicted, and in jail…Bell still loses to Strayhorn.
He needs to focus on the race.

very ballsy of dewy indeed! of course, if the sharp plan goes through and his ideas are rejected, he might look a little silly (er).
