The Republican challengers to Terry Keel’s quest for the Criminal Court of Appeals are back on the ballot. The Texas Supreme Court announced the Orders today. So far the Republican Party is Zero for three in trying to keep fellow Republicans off the ballot. They finally have a strategy that isn’t working. Damn those activist judges…having to step in actually ‘enforce’ the law and shit!
