Was that Senator Troy Fraser seen casually popping a dinner mint into his mouth and aloofly discarding the wrapper onto the grass just outside of the east entrance to our revered Capitol building? Apparently legislators have dropped the “Don’t Mess with Texas” campagain and opted instead for “Don’t Mess with Texas’ Franchise Loopholes”. But seriously, littering on the Capitol grounds… What would your mother say?
